San Diego Mid-Air Collision
Internationally recognized aviation law firm, Bailey & Partners, of Santa Monica, California filed a complaint in San Diego Superior Court over the mid-air collision between two airplanes that claimed the lives of 5 people. The complaint alleges that Air Traffic Control (ATC) was the cause of the fatal crash. Bailey & Partners claims that ATC failed to follow the rules of separating aircraft and issuing appropriate warnings and instructions to prevent mid-air collisions.
